This full time traditional residence is located on West Grand Traverse Bay at the foot of the Old Mission Peninsula. The home features great detail work on the interior and exterior with split Michigan fieldstone stonework, Jatoba wood floors and library woodwork. Wood slabs milled from the site make up the lower bar and wine cellar.
The beach bath and outdoor shower are nestled among boulders that provide a great entry from the beach. There’s also a beautiful terrace built with giant Blue Stone slabs that provides a very private garden in which to unwind.
Located on the site before construction was an unworkable existing house that was removed in order to free up a perfect building location.
